We work with disruptive consultancies that want to take their business to the next level by helping them translate their vision in to engaging Digital Marketing that delivers results.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that marketing in 2020 is about giving to receive. Understanding your clients’ needs and then giving them great content that makes them come to you. Bombarding clients with brand ads and spending £10,000s on sponsorships stopped being effective a long time ago.

We embrace the latest in Digital Marketing to get our clients messages out there and are always on the look out of the next innovation to help our clients succeed. We actively use video, podcasts and everything you’d expect in the B2C world to help our B2B clients market successfully.

Nick Synnott

I head up Create Engage, helping our clients define their unique point of difference and shape their marketing strategy to engage their target clients and generate ROI. Having been a consultant myself I understand the challenges that you face when it comes to reaching the decision makers and buyers in the organisations that you want to work with. When I’m not helping our clients outpace their competitors through digital marketing you’ll find me enjoying everything that the great city of Bath has to offer, watching rugby at the Rec or making the most of the local countryside

Frankie Hill

Throughout my career so far, I’ve worked with some of the world’s largest automotive brands and have a wealth of knowledge across B2B and B2C integrated marketing. I truly believe in creating effective marketing that delivers value and impact for our clients. To do this, building genuine and real-life relationships is key; I always strive to get under the skin of a business, their objectives and consumers. Outside of work, you’ll typically find me exploring the beautiful countryside around Bath followed by a visit to a local country pub, watching re-runs of cooking shows or deep in a book.

Dan Gibson

Throughout my career in digital and social marketing I've had the privilege of working with some of the world’s biggest brands. From global brand campaigns for financial services industry leaders, to International sports event sponsorship for an Irish alcohol giant, I always aim to incorporate true effectiveness and attention-grabbing creativity in to every marketing campaign. Away from the office, I’ll typically be on a football or cricket pitch, or by the fire in a cosy corner of a country pub – of which Bath has plenty!

Matt Norris

My marketing career has ranged from client-side in financial services to award-winning agencies with a focus on automotive. Working with globally recognised brands has been extremely rewarding, and I thrive on assisting clients and their organisations in achieving their marketing and business objectives. I've established relationships, launched campaigns, and always strive for high-quality work that delivers. When I'm not in the office, I'm spending time with my family, seeing a band at a local music venue, or taking in some culture in Bristol and Bath.

Alex Keyworth-Wright

During my ten year career in Marketing I’ve been lucky enough to work with B2B brands big and small. My degree in Drama and Psychology might seem unusual, but it gives me the insight into how clients’ minds work and the different ways you need to speak to them to get results! I believe that conversation should be at the forefront of effective B2B marketing, a give and take from business to client that creates long lasting relationships. In my spare time, you’ll find me attempting to create things with my sewing machine, playing tabletop games with friends, or simply relaxing with a good book or a film and my cat

Oliver Irvine

My expertise lies in developing content that truly resonates with its target audience. After five years spent pushing editorial content to the top of search engines and social feeds as the managing editor for a business and lifestyle media group, I transitioned to head global content marketing strategy for a food delivery company. Together, we outpaced our competition with agile, high-quality productions that used traditional and non-conventional marketing channels in fresh ways. When not working with clients on new digital strategies, I love wild swimming and long-distance running.

Alex Saunders

My passion for digital marketing began at university. As with most passions it began with an eccentric individual who paved my way into the digital marketing world. Now armed with a BSc in Business Management (Management Consultancy), a MSc in Strategic Marketing and a background in B2B marketing, predominately in Life Science I am excited to jump into the consulting industry. Through out my career I have learnt that building strong relationships is key to the success of any campaign, but captivating content is where true impact can be made. Outside of the office you will find me under a mountain of blankets with a cup of tea and a good book!

Ben Anderson

I discovered my passion for digital marketing during my time at university, studying broadcast journalism. I have seen firsthand the value that digital can bring and enjoy assisting businesses in growing through effective marketing. Helping them to create impactful content with a purpose that generates return on investment.

Heather Dagless

With a creative degree in illustration and experience in B2C branding and digital marketing, I’m excited to step into the world of B2B marketing. I really enjoy working with people, building relationships and helping them build their vision. I am looking forward to creating powerful content that resonates with our clients and discovering new industry trends. Out of the office you’ll find me socialising with my friends or relaxing in one of Bath’s independent cafés with a cup of tea and a good book.

Jordan Lane

I was introduced to the world of digital marketing during my media communications degree. But my love for it really began during my time volunteering for a non-profit’s marketing team after leaving university. I joined Create Engage to follow this passion, and I am excited to be working with some of our great consulting clients, helping them to create engaging and exciting content. When I’m not at the office, you will find me at a local market buying houseplants and drinking coffee.

Emily Calladine

I began my career as a customer service adviser for the UK’s largest Femtech brand. For the next three and a half years I continued to work for the brand within various customer centric roles. Here I discovered a love for digital marketing and subsequently decided to study for an MSc in Marketing at the University of Gloucestershire to develop my skill set. I am very excited to build my knowledge working on exciting campaigns for our clients at Create Engage. Outside of work, I can usually either be found at the gym, reading a good book or cooking!
