Tim Jones | Managing Director
Tim has 18 years experience in account management, strategy and agency management across digital, direct and integrated marketing. He founded True with his fellow directors in 2004. Tim has a deep understanding of their business strategy and challenges and how True can help them exploit digital channels.
Tim Beckett | CEO
Tim is True Digital’s CEO, and a founding Director. He develops our business strategy, and heads up the agency management team. His irrepressible energy and enthusiasm comes from over 20 years of entrepreneurial endeavour in digital marketing. In 2004 he set up True Digital with fellow founding Director Tim Jones. As a team they revelled in the opportunity to create a brilliant new independent agency that believes in honesty, integrity and partnership.
Rich McCloskey | Client Services Director
Rich has a wealth of agency experience – working right through the Client Services hierarchy from Account Executive to his current position of Client Services Director. His agency experience has been gained across a mix of digital and integrated agencies, working on major B2B and B2C brands including Fuller’s Brewery, Kia Motors, Microsoft and Clarks shoes. With a firm grasp of your strategic requirements, Rich will ensure agency and client teams work in partnership towards our shared vision.
Nick Baillie | Head of Strategy
Nick has 14 years’ experience of working in marketing communications, 6 of those with a focus on digital. He’s worked with brands including McDonald’s, Disney, Sky, the NHS and Tesco. At True, Nick is responsible for getting to the heart of the strategic challenge, defining objectives and strategic solutions, and ensuring they meet the challenge appropriately throughout all stages of our activity.
