I work with business owners, directors, and individuals across the UK and some Eastern European countries, providing tailored practical business and HR advice, strategies help, in person, and over the phone, and virtually. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand just how exciting, yet also challenging it can be to start own business. It’s a massive but rewarding step, and one I am grateful to have made and have never regretted . I would like to bring my enthusiasm, passion, expertise, and creativity and to support other new starters and SMEs to become successful in their new business adventure. My aim is to help businesses and their leaders to think differently, do differently, identify and tackle barriers, prioritize tasks and focus on the right strategies, structure, motivation, and leadership to increase profits, and achieve growth.
Previous leading roles in Orphanages in Belarus and HR roles at global leisure and engineering companies provided me with experience in all aspects of business, human resource management, and learning & development.
I enjoy the challenge of helping business leaders achieve success by treating employees ethically and motivating them so that the business develops a reputation as an Employer of the Choice.
