Business Aims and Objectives
All of our work aims for better access, progress and support from school to boardroom, especially for under-served and underrepresented people.
We often work in over-represented sectors – e.g. Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics, supporting people on their personal leadership journeys, helping them with accountability and connection to the talent they are missing.
During the Pandemic we designed and ran an Inclusion Programme for 60+ Creative organisations – from theatre companies, production companies, to Aardman.

By working across sectors and in multi-partner programmes we combine collective intelligence and individual action, with personal, organisational, sector or city-wide progress. We research your inclusion opportunities and help you plug city-wide and sector-wide talent and skills gaps.
How?
We create spaces for people and organisations to explore their agency for change, transforming good intentions to their biggest impact for underrepresented people.
We specialise in frank conversations and thinking spaces, including the design and support of Inclusion and Impact programmes, to help unlock changes in mindset, behaviours, processes and culture.
