Charlotte Watt, partner
Charlotte is a skilled strategist with a strong track record in marketing and brand-building. As Head of Marketing and Customer Insights at fintech firm Leading Point, she shaped the company’s trajectory, establishing it as a key player in the industry. Charlotte developed the brand, ensuring it aligned with the founders’ vision and was adaptable for a start-up. She also executed successful marketing campaigns across events, client communications, and social media. Prior to this, she worked at top agencies creating multi-channel campaigns for brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Royal Mail, and Royal Academy of Arts. At McCann, she honed her expertise in B2B advertising, delivering strategic insights for brands like Aramco and Nestlé.
Mo Morgan, partner
Mo is a seasoned strategist with an extensive track record of high-profile projects on global brands. He led digital strategy at McCann, where he shaped strategy and innovation initiatives for clients including Nestlé, EE, SKF, Tata and Rockwool. Before this, at Digitas, he led across multi-market, multi-channel campaigns for clients including Nissan, Toyota, Waitrose, John Lewis, Starbucks, BSkyB, NS&i and P&G. Mo is a guest lecturer on brand strategy to start-ups and social ventures via the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. He is a board trustee at Bristol Mind, holds a certification in Business and Climate Change from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
