Free Studio Hire for Feedback

18th July 2026

I’m getting my online studio booking system up and running and I’m looking for three Bristol-based creatives, companies or organisations who would realistically hire a rehearsal space to help me trial the booking process.

The studio is a 35sqm rehearsal space at Sparks Bristol, set up to function as a theatre rehearsal room. Once the system is live, it will be available to hire for £20 per hour.

To help test the booking experience, I’m offering a free one-hour studio booking (or longer if you need a little more time) in exchange for some honest feedback on:

  • How straightforward the online booking process is
  • The overall hire experience
  • The studio itself and how it works for your needs

If you’d be interested in taking part, please get in touch and I’ll send you the booking link. I’m limiting the trial to three bookings on a first-come, first-served basis so I can properly test the system and make any improvements before launching.

A few practical notes:

  • The studio is located on the second floor of Sparks Bristol. A lift is available via a separate entrance.
  • There is currently no air conditioning, so please bear that in mind during the warmer weather.

I’ve attached a short video of the space so you can get a feel for it.

Thanks in advance – I really appreciate anyone willing to help me get this off the ground!
