Agencies are experiencing rapid change, much like other industries and this is causing a deep shift in how we retain talent, how we develop capabilities in order to stay relevant and look after each other on a human level. This webinar will look at 6 new big trends and ideas for how we look after our people.
This session is suitable for anyone looking to enhance their employee experience and internal communications. It’s not limited to HR, People and Culture, Managers of people – any key influencers in your business who want to improve EX.

A qualified member of the CIPD and CIM, she is a highly experienced working in EX, brand, and technology.

These sessions take place every other Friday morning from 8.30-9am, for the BCI community to share their pearls of wisdom with one another. The half hour webinars will involve a 15 minute presentation followed by a 10 minute facilitated Q&A, with introductions from the BCI team.
Our community is full of such amazing talent so we’re giving members the stage to talk about things that excite them so they can inspire their peers. The sessions will be a mix of expert tips and tricks and case studies – the perfect opportunity to learn something new before the week is out.
Our usual online format is an interactive ‘meeting’ but for this series we’re running webinars so that it’s easy to listen in while prepping for the day ahead or while having your breakfast! Cameras and mics will be off but you can ask your questions through the chat box or submit them beforehand.

Use hand painted gouache paper to create an A3 paper cut illustration of your favourite scene, building or flowers in a wonky, bold way. You will be using loose shapes to create a layered collage. This is a great workshop to unwind through the relaxing process of cutting and sticking collage.
