How much work do we get done isolation? And how much with others? The bulk of the impact we achieve at work is done as part of a team, andthe more complex the challenges, the better we need to be at being a part of a team. But great teams don’t happen by accident. We’ve all been in team situations that make us cringe or even cry. So what needs to happen to get a team working really, really well?
Team coaching is an intentional way to invest in a team, how they interact, how they work, decide, agree, create, lead. It’s a relatively new discipline, and this talk is designed to share a framework of how investing team coaching can hugely increase the impact that your team, particularly leadership teams, can have.
This webinar with Fi Craig is certainly suitable for anyone who works in a team (i.e. everyone!) but perhaps most relevant to directors, founders, team leaders and L&D practitioners.

If you’re not yet a member of Bristol Creative Industries and would like to take advantage of this member-only event, you can sign up here. You can also read about the membership perks here.
These sessions take place every other Friday morning from 8.30-9am, for the BCI community to share their pearls of wisdom with one another. The half hour webinars will involve a 15 minute presentation followed by a 10 minute facilitated Q&A, with introductions from the BCI team.
Our community is full of such amazing talent so we’re giving members the stage to talk about things that excite them so they can inspire their peers. The sessions will be a mix of expert tips and tricks and case studies – the perfect opportunity to learn something new before the week is out.
Our usual online format is an interactive ‘meeting’ but for this series we’re running webinars so that it’s easy to listen in while prepping for the day ahead or while having your breakfast! Cameras and mics will be off but you can ask your questions through the chat box or submit them beforehand.
Please get in touch with Sian if you’re interested in speaking at a future session.

BCI Workshop
Accidental managers are usually first-time people managers who’ve been thrown in at the deep end – still doing their old job while figuring out how to manage people through trial and error.
If someone on your team has just stepped into management, they’re probably juggling people and projects, wearing two hats, and figuring it out as they go. That’s exactly why this Accidental Managers half-day workshop exists.
Join Fi Craig to feel confident leading people, define your own version of good management, and gain practical frameworks to guide you as you figure the rest out. Gain confidence and simple tools to start leading a team effectively straight away.
