In this workshop, hosted by The Industry School, you’ll develop a solid understanding of the financial principles that make an agency profitable.

From building an agency annual budget, to forecast planning, income recognition and project commercials – Jo and Sarah will use examples and scenarios throughout the workshop to make the content engaging, relevant and relatable.
