Growth comes when you are focused on how you make an impact. 

Goals are what drive us forwards.  They help us consciously map out our growth. But they aren’t always clear and motivating, and can feel overwhelming. 

Goals can feel hard to make progress against … perhaps they sit on the side-lines while you get on with your day job? 

Effective goal-setting is an invaluable skill for yourself, and for helping others develop. 

This session looks at goal-setting in a way you may never have approached it before. 

  • It will give you the tools to make goal setting an inspiring process that is motivating and focused. 
  • It will show you how to harness your strengths to set goals that have real impact rather than ticking boxes. 

This session could change how you approach goal-setting forever. 

You will gain: 

  • A simple and memorable framework you can use to set motivating goals that make a difference. 
  • Time to start defining a goal for yourself using the new approach. 

This session is for: 

… anyone at any level who wants to learn or feel more equipped, whether you are a seasoned business leader or at the start of your career… in a small team or large organisation.  

Future Me Sessions: 

This is the third in a series of four Future Me Sessions.  Combined they will give you a set of tools to use your strengths to feel more confident, have more impact, build better relationships and create more inspiring ways of working together. 

Each session takes the latest thinking from inspiring sources and practical experience, and packages it up for you in simple frameworks and actionable steps to get you started.
