In this talk, Rebecca will cover legal changes for 2025 which will affect your business, from smart data, use of Generative AI through to the impact and adjustments you will need to make for the forthcoming employment law changes as a result of the Employment Rights Bill.

The talk will include tips and trends for navigating contract negotiations with clients and how the nature of client relationships are changing. We will also look at the impact of Gen AI on creative and digital services, how you can leverage Gen AI and the opportunities for partnerships and collaboration to unlock growth.
