Background
20+ years in the creative and tech industry, from start ups to global networks, boutique creative agencies, and digital consultancies; in client services, new business and leadership roles. Most notably I ran a portfolio of engagements during my time at Publicis Sapient including BA, BT and McLaren Automotive across a single P&L of £10m, including pitching and ongoing client relationship responsibility with a diverse team of 70.
I find the greatest fulfilment comes from connecting people to new possibilities in a way that empowers them to take ownership of their own destinies; whether it’s individuals, teams or companies. I share best practice approaches and tools and provide an objective perspective within the wider industry context that enables businesses to reach their full potential. My style is inclusive, facilitative and active.
