Ed Garrett, Managing Director and Founder
Having worked in the creative industries for over 15 years, and in business development and recruitment roles for nearly 10, Ed brings a unique blend of creativity and commercial expertise to The Discourse. Ed founded the agency (formerly Garrett Creative) in 2017 and continues to run the business – leading on strategy, growth and design effectiveness. His work prior to the agency in electronic music has given him a breadth of creative and marketing knowledge.
