In this workshop, Liz will cover the affects of the pandemic, Brexit, The Great Resignation of 2021, The Gig Economy and how all of these have contributed to our current recruitment challenge.
After setting the scene she will then suggest some solutions and ideas on how you and your team can better recruit; including perfecting your recruitment process, advertising the roles, using job boards, working with recruiters, and much more.
We only have one hour and it’s a lot of information to discuss, so Liz will be offering follow up consultations with those who are interested, at a reduced rate for Bristol Creative Industries members.
