This course is aimed at those with little or no experience of project management. It covers the key elements of the project management cycle, and includes project management planning, scheduling and resource management. It will look at how to manage risks, and review projects.
Classes are one day per week for 10 weeks.
The course is a mixture of online and in person classes, in Bristol. The team will provide you with the information and skills to complete the multiple choice examination (One hours, 60 questions).
Courses are free for independent learners, or up to 90% funded for employers wishing to enrol their staff (subject to eligibility).
