There are many factors that affect our approach when it comes to pricing, from the fear of missing out on a piece of work, the fear of not winning follow on work, and sometimes the fear of having an awkward conversation.
In this 2-hour interactive workshop, we’ll discuss some of the challenges that freelancers and micro businesses in the creative industries face, understand the implications of their pricing approaches and decisions they make on the bottom line, as well as the impact on client relationships. We’ll share some different pricing models, strategies and tactics, as well as practical advice on ways to communicate them effectively without compromising relationships.
This session will be particularly useful for freelancers and owners of micro businesses, who are responsible for pricing and proposals.
