A strong culture is the lifeblood of the best creative agencies. But with the embedding of hybrid working, the challenge of difficult economic times and the ever present risk of creative burnout, how should agencies go about protecting what’s most valuable to our success?
Mr B & Friends has been applying the listening methodology the team uses on employee experience (EX) projects with clients to their own agency. They’d like to share how they’ve done it, and what they’ve been able to learn and act upon.
Join Lucy Wilson and Adam Partridge from Mr B & Friends as they dissect what a listening strategy looks like within their agency, and how it could be adapted for any agency looking to bring energy, fulfilment, collaboration and pride amongst its people to help drive performance.

Who’s it for?
Whether you’re an established agency looking to unpick embedded cultural challenges, or just getting started and want to set the right tone from the outset, we hope our story sparks ideas for your own cultural evolution.

The prospect of standing in front of a crowd or communicating online via a webinar can be an intimidating prospect.
As a journalist, Sean Wilson has had to school himself over the years to overcome this inbuilt anxiety and it has been rewarding to communicate his passion for cinema to those who want to listen.
These opportunities have taken many forms, such as a live Q&A with guests in front of a cinema crowd, or a brief intro to a film to lots of genre fans.
The important thing is that a sense of passion and enthusiasm radiates through. This can go a long way towards engaging a live audience, and the end result has been a strong sense of personal growth.
In this webinar, Sean will discuss his experience, outlining what he’s done to get crowds on side, and why others should be inspired to do the same.

More often than not, front-end developers will focus purely on improving their technical skills. I’m going to show you a better way by demonstrating how you can produce simpler, more resilient codebases by improving your planning & core skills — specifically improving how you provide and receive feedback from designer colleagues.

SEO as we know it is dead. AI summaries are increasingly eroding organic website traffic, with users turning to the likes of Google AI Overview and ChatGPT to search for information about brands and – crucially – reducing clicks leaving these platforms.
We’ve been working behind the scenes with data scientists, innovative tools, tech experts and journalists to learn what this means for the future of discoverability. And, to be honest, it changes everything.
Welcome to the age of Earned Visibility.
This July, our team of experts will be joined by Kate Sikora from our digital performance partner agency, Noble Performs, to give you a first look behind the technology that is already shaping a new age of search.
As well as hearing what we’ve learnt so far, get a first look at finding out your Earned Visibility Score – unlike domain authority, this is your ‘search everything optimisation’ ranking, accounting for earned, shared, and owned content.
Join us for a relaxed 90 minutes of good food, good vibes, and good company, all topped off with critical insight on how the digital landscape is changing and what you need to do to ensure your strategy is foolproof.
Search has changed. Again.
As AI overviews, zero-click results, and platforms like ChatGPT continue to reshape how people find and trust brands online, the traditional SEO playbook is quickly becoming obsolete. We’re no longer fighting for just rankings, we’re fighting for attention, credibility, and visibility everywhere.
In this webinar, Dominic Baliszewski and Kate Sikora will pull back the curtain on how we’re working with data scientists, journalists, and search experts to redefine what success looks like in this new landscape. You’ll learn how to measure your Earned Visibility Score, a new metric for a new era, and see how leading brands are adapting to maintain relevance across the entire digital ecosystem.
Expect fresh insights, future-facing tactics, and a few strong opinions.
This session is for digital marketers, brand leaders, and comms pros who are responsible for making their organisation discoverable and credible online. Whether you lead search strategy, run campaigns, or oversee brand visibility, this one’s for you.
Dominic co-founder of Yours Sincerely, a PR and personal branding agency that helps ambitious brands and bold leaders earn visibility—the kind that builds trust, shapes reputation, and drives results. He began his career at a high-growth tech startup that later became part of MoneySuperMarket Group, before moving into marketing strategy and communications leadership.
He’s worked across sectors – from purpose-led charities to challenger brands and B2B scale-ups – helping them show up in the right places, with the right message, for the right reasons. As a subject-matter expert, Dominic has appeared on BBC TV and radio and been featured across major media titles.
