There’s a lot of talk about AI these days. What’s clear is that AI is changing how we work in the agency landscape, and it’s doing so fast.
As clients and employees raise their expectations, it’s crucial for leaders of digital agencies to get the big calls right. Yet, in an atmosphere rife with chatter and uncertainty, identifying the correct path forward can be daunting.
Neil Collard will begin by introducing the 5 pressing conversations that he believes every agency should be having at board level about AI. About Neil Collard
Neil has 25 years agency experience, with a decade at the helm of Bristol’s own Great State. For the past four years, he has focused on understanding the interplay between Data, AI, and their implications for agencies.
Two years ago he went back to school to learn python, data science and machine learning (ML) techniques. He has since developed ML and AI (auto GPT based) products and engaged with over 100 agencies across Europe about the impact of AI on their business.
