I already know you’re good at your job, that’s why you’re here.
You’ve spent years mastering your craft and take pride in your work.
But being a leader means more than just getting the work done.
Now, you’re expected to voice opinions, make decisions, and solve problems.

And when you’re still new to leadership, that can feel daunting.
You’ve had some great leaders in the past (and a few you’d rather not become).
Now it’s your turn. It’s time to work out how you want to lead.
This session isn’t about fixed leadership styles or corporate stereotypes. It’s about bringing your personality, values, and experience into how you show up at work.

You’ll leave with practical tools, honest stories, and fresh perspective, whether leading a team, a business or yourself.

You’ll also have the chance to meet a lovely group of peers here in the South West who are figuring it out too.

What we’ll cover:

  • What authentic leadership really looks like (and what it’s not).
  • How to build trust without pretending to be someone you’re not
  • How to feel more confident in your role — even when you don’t have all the answers.

You’ll leave with new perspectives, useful tools, and a network of brilliant peers in the South West who are facing similar challenges.
