Unlock growth in yourself and others  

Growth comes when you use your strengths to lean into challenges and solve problems.   

  • Are traditional ways of operating holding back growth? 
  • What effect do you have on others …on the team around you? 
  • How can you build your own leadership? 
  • How can you leverage the potential in yourself and those around you? 

This session will explore how a simple shift in mindset can unlock huge amounts of growth – in yourself and others. 

It will help you think differently about the role you play as a leader or part of a team.   

This session could change how you approach problems forever. 

You will gain:  

  • Simple principles and practical steps you can take away to put into action straight away. 
  • Time to reflect on what shifts you want to make to have more impact. 

This session is for: 

… anyone at any level who wants to learn or feel more equipped, whether you are a seasoned business leader or at the start of your career… in a small team or large organisation.  

Future Me Sessions:

This is the first in a series of four Future Me Sessions.  Combined they will give you a set of tools to use your strengths to feel more confident, have more impact, build better relationships and create more inspiring ways of working together. 

Each session takes the latest thinking from inspiring sources and practical experience, and packages it up for you in simple frameworks and actionable steps to get you started.
