• To claim your discount, provide your BCI member profile URL or your company name as listed in the BCI Directory. Our team will verify your active membership before confirming your pass.
• Day Passes grant single-day access during our staffed hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). You’re welcome to use our flexi-coworking desks, lounges, kitchens, and shared facilities. Please note: Access to Resident desks and private Studios is not included.
• Day Passes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at each venue.
• Valid at our Cigar Factory, Trinity Church, and Brunswick Square locations
• You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will forfeit the discounted pass.
• Day Pass users are guest coworkers, so passes don’t include Gather Round member benefits such as our private Slack channels, community communications, or member-only events.
• You’re responsible for your own belongings while on site. Gather Round isn’t liable for loss, theft, or damage, and use of the space is at your own risk.
• This offer applies to Day Passes only (not memberships or contracts), is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• By booking a Day Pass, you agree to follow our House Rules and general Terms & Conditions. You can request a copy of these from the team anytime.

What’s a day pass?

A day pass gives you access to our Bristol and Bath spaces for a full working day – 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll have the run of our flexi desks, breakout areas, and shared facilities. Move around as much as you like. Settle into a booth for a call, find a quiet corner for deep work, or park yourself somewhere with a good view and get on with it.

What’s included in the cost?

We want you to focus on what you do best, producing outstanding work. We don’t want to distract or surprise
you with hidden fees for coffee and teas.

Our spaces are thoughtfully curated and designed to inspire, each location has a calming atmosphere that helps you to have your most productive day. Here’s what’s included in your day pass:

• On-site support from a dedicated community manager
• Superfast fibre optic broadband
• Private meeting booths and quiet corners for calls
• Free fresh Triple Roast coffee and a complimentary drawer full of Pukka teas to help yourself to, all day long
• Multiple sofas to move to if you wish, sometimes a desk won’t cut it
• Showers and changing facilities
• Secure bike storage

If you need a meeting room, those are available to book separately at £25 + VAT per hour but usually our members use the booths for private calls or non sensitive calls can be held anywhere in the building – as long as you don’t have a voice like Dom Jolley!

Who are day passes for?

Day passes are designed for people working in the creative industries and related fields. This includes the obvious – designers, illustrators, and motion graphics pros – right through to tech innovators, app developers, sustainability pioneers, and even cartographers. Creativity, in the Gather Round sense, spans a broad spectrum, but everyone needs a space to create: an environment where productivity comes naturally, with a community to tap into when it’s needed.

Ideal for freelancers, founders, remote workers, and anyone who needs a productive base for the day without the commitment of a membership. Whether you’re in town for a day, trying out a new way of working, or simply need to escape the house, the door’s open.

A note on community

More than a desk, Gather Round is a community of people who care about their work, respect the people around them, and show up in the right spirit. Day pass users are part of that for the day, and we ask that everyone keep that in mind.

Day passes don’t include member benefits like free meeting room use, events, or our Slack community, but if you like what you find, and you want to get an invite to our next members party membership is always there when you’re ready.

How does it work?

Get in touch – fill out this form to book your day pass. Or if you are already a member looking to book a day pass for a friend or colleague, simply speak to a community manager and they can book it in for you right away.

Show up, sign in, and the space is yours. You’ll be issued an access fob for the day (just remember to hand it back by 4:30 pm).
