• At the start of Artist Development, we encourage all artists to take a real look at themselves to consider their overall brand, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat.
• You will then work to deconstruct yourself as an artist to discover areas for development.
• You will be critiqued and gain professional feedback from peers, teachers and industry partners to help you refine your brand.
• Present your showmanship by getting involved in top tier showcases, demonstrating your portfolio and branding.
• Every performance is an opportunity to be spotted. ACC is always looking for Artist Development students to get involved in national festival performances.
• Develop a strong and consistent image to enhance your marketing, portfolio and product.
• Devise and implement a clear action plan for your future.
• Finish the course with a finalised brand, portfolio and product, ready to take to the world.
• Mix and master music by other musicians and artists, as well as your own.
• Work with performers to develop studio engineering and recording techniques.
• Hone your academic skills, including research techniques and critical thinking, to get you ready for university.
