Giving feedback is one of the most important things we can do for others.  Receiving feedback is invaluable at any stage of our careers. 

Done well, it can transform a relationship, team or business. 

Yet we often shy away from feedback.  It can feel personal, subjective, and we worry it could be taken the wrong way. 

This session will help you feel confident and equipped to lean into feedback. 

  • It will explore how you can give feedback in a clear, supportive and productive way. 
  • It will give you the tools to help people understand the impact they have on others. 
  • It will show you how to ask for and receive feedback to get the most value from it. 

This session could change how you approach feedback forever. 

You will gain: 

  • A simple and memorable framework you can use to give and receive developmental and positive feedback. 
  • Time to reflect and prepare feedback on a current situation. 

This session is for: 

… anyone at any level who wants to learn or feel more equipped, whether you are a seasoned business leader or at the start of your career… in a small team or large organisation.

This is the second in a series of four Future Me Sessions.  Combined they will give you a set of tools to use your strengths to feel more confident, have more impact, build better relationships and create more inspiring ways of working together. 

Each session takes the latest thinking from inspiring sources and practical experience, and packages it up for you in simple frameworks and actionable steps to get you started.
