With a decade of experience as a TV producer making content for the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5 across a variety of genres, Charlotte’s industry knowledge and practical production experience position her as one of Gritty Talent’s leads on training, development and off-screen recruitment.
She has considerable experience in working with underrepresented and DDN talent and a flair for identifying new opportunities and connections, imaginatively joining the dots between people and partnerships in her network. Most recently, she has been producing and delivering training sessions focusing on inclusive leadership, ED&I 101 as well as mentoring and upskilling individuals from the creative sector.

The online sessions take place every other Friday morning from 8.30-9am, and allow BCI members to share their knowledge with fellow members.
The webinars are a 15/20 minute presentation followed by a 10/15 minute Q&A. The sessions are a mix of expert tips and case studies – the perfect opportunity to learn something new before the week is out.
