You’ll be the trusted partner to a variety of ambitious, international clients, bringing your strategic approach to execute plans that meet their aspirations and our business growth targets. You’ll manage delivery on different projects including brand, web, video, online and offline campaigns, taking full advantage of our team of in-house experts to deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
You’ll have similar experience within a B2B Marketing agency environment and be comfortable with the fast-paced environment that comes with it, handling multiple client accounts and working independently at times. As a strategic partner to our clients, you’ll be results oriented with high standards to ensure we deliver quality services every time. You’re a clear and confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have a self-starter attitude with a resilient mindset.

What you’ll be doing
- Mentor, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, creating a supportive team environment with collaboration across the business.
- Lead and grow a roster of client accounts, proactively identifying initiatives and opportunities for growth.
- Robust financial management and oversight of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting to the Board.
- Demonstrate best practice in client service and project delivery, sharing knowledge, resources and ideas with the wider team.
- Foster collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
- Influence the studio and specialist peers internally to develop new initiatives and contribute to new business ideas and proposals.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in account management within a B2B marketing agency, including line management experience.
- Strong B2B marketing experience, both digital and offline, including campaigns, lead generation, brand projects, website builds, motion graphics and more.
- Great communicator both written and verbal, experienced presenting in-person and online.
- Experience of preparing proposals, pitching and being the voice of the agency in client meetings.
- Skilled in developing strong client relationships, including the abilityto have challenging conversations where required.
- Excellent financial acumen – experienced in running projects and managing accounts to maximise growth and profitability.
