Roger Proctor MBE FRSA FCSD

Chairman. Roger founded P+S in 1979 and has continued to lead its transformation ever since. Under his leadership, the business has grown from 2 people to more than 70, plus a network of freelance talent, and has won a global portfolio of clients such as Panasonic, National Grid, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Prysmian, UK Hydrographic Office and Rathbones. Passionate about the power of creativity to make positive change, Roger is also heavily involved in strengthening the links between the creative industries and education.

Ailsa Billington

Director. Ailsa leads our client services operations, taking charge of directing major global campaigns for a multinational portfolio of P+S clients. Technology is her specialism, and her knowledge plays a key role in building a foundation of trust with our clients. Her vision and direction combined with a history of project management help to keep the P+S team delivering campaigns which transform our clients’ businesses for the better.

Steve King

Director. Steve leads digital at P+S, including everything from concept creation and development to project delivery. With 30 years’ industry experience, including within R&D at Saatchi & Saatchi, Steve’s specialisms include multi-channel project management and development. His department’s strength lies in executing mammoth digital projects for P+S clients, including some world-firsts – like the first ever headless Drupal 8 website for Panasonic.

Kevin Mason

Strategy Director. Kevin is our strategy lead at P+S, where he works with clients to plan and position their campaigns with particular expertise in response marketing. He’s regularly invited to speak for the Institute of Direct Marketing and the Direct Marketing Association, and harbours a wealth of knowledge from the financial services, manufacturing, engineering and IT industries.

Mark Jamieson

Director. P+S’ presence in the Middle East has been extensively built by Mark. An expert in developing, building and maintaining positive client relationships in every sector, his career has been incredibly varied. His passion lies in helping clients grow their businesses through delivering purposeful creativity with tangible results.

Nikki Hunt

Finance Director. CIMA-qualified Nikki brings a wealth of experience in management accountancy, HR, payroll, and health and safety. Day to day, she provides unfaltering support to the Financial Controller and Roger, our chairman.

Phil Robinson

Creative Director. Creative Director for P+S, heading up the studio team and guiding our creative vision. Globe-spanning client work, with over 20 years’ experience in technology, finance, energy, education, automotive and sports sectors. Specialisms: Creative strategy, campaigns, brand development and copywriting across B2B and B2C markets.

Dan Hardaker

Director of Digital Design. Digital design lead with digital media, marketing and print design expertise. Responsible for global-spanning client work, and for providing branding, web design and visual merchandising solutions for P+S clients. Specialisms: Web design, hand coding in ASP and CSS, e-marketing collateral design.

Sallie Court

Programme Director. Responsible for all of P+S digital programmes. 20+ years’ industry experience, including business management, now responsible for managing our portfolio of digital projects at P+S. Specialisms: Communications, scoping, analysis, project and business management.

Phil Thomas

Technical Director. Phil leads development at P+S as an experienced multi-systems developer. 15 years’ experience across multiple, diverse sectors, including for high-profile clients like Bath Rugby, Movember and Panasonic. Specialisms: Front-end and back-end PHP and MySQL, APIs, Drupal, Symfony, Zend.
