Are you a line manager or someone responsible for developing and retaining talent? You’ve been great at creative, PR, design or digital but now you need to add people management to your skillset? Don’t panic, this session will help.

Effective line management requires a whole new set of skills if you want to not only develop but retain the people you are managing.
