Member Bio
I’ve been a coach and trainer for 30 years, specialising in communication for individuals and teams at all levels. My aim has always been to help people get across, clearly and persuasively, exactly what they want to say, to the audience that needs to hear it.
Along the way I’ve coached CEOs and board directors, national and local politicians, public officials, academics, activists and charity workers.
The reasons people have come to me are varied. Sometimes they have an important media interview lined up, and need to figure out the likely hard questions and practise good responses. At other times it’s been the fear of speaking on a large public stage, or the fear of talking convincingly to a video camera.
Whatever the situation I can advise on both content and delivery – what to say and how to say it.
My credentials for this are that I had a career in journalism followed by another one in corporate video, and then a third in management coaching and training, much of it for the UK civil service.
As an adult with ADHD (not formally diagnosed but with powerful clues!) I welcome neurodivergent clients.
