The Engine Room is a beautiful 640ft space with high ceilings, soft white walls and grey flooring. It’s full of natural light and a lovely big airy room perfect for events, photography, videos, exhibitions and more. It can be hired on its own, or you can hire it with the adjoining Green Room which features a kitchenette, sofa and dining table and makes the perfect space for a break from your main event/workshop and for mealtimes.
The Engine Room is available to hire on an hourly or full day basis. We are able to put bespoke hire packages together to include food and drink and equipment and can cater for whatever you need.

Charlie Evans
A professional musician before leaving university, Charlie has been playing live since 2002 and has toured the world playing every type of music venue. He took over at Firebird Studios having just moved to Bristol in 2014 and made it one of the go to destinations for up and coming musicians in the Bristol music scene. He now runs The Engine Room as well as continuing on with his live music, having seen a need for more professional level spaces in Bristol.
