I’m Tamarin (Tam) Evans – a highly experienced UK-based design professional. With a decade in integrated advertising, in agencies, in-house, and now in the dynamic realm of customer experience, I’ve touched FMCG, charity, hospitality, and plenty more sectors besides.

Currently, I lead a skilled design team at Havas CX helia. Orchestrating multi-channel customer experience communications for brands such as Pets at Home and Great Western Railway. In recent years, most significant work has included steering Avanti, Transpennine Express, English Heritage, and the Royal British Legion accounts. With a standout success being overseeing the development and delivery of Avanti’s loyalty programme launch.
