Sonia Watson-Fowler (she/her) is an educator, consultant, coach, author, and performer dedicated to fostering understanding, connection, and empowerment.
As the founder of Inclusive Communication Consultancy, she delivers executive and educational workshops on inclusivity, equality, and effective communication, alongside conflict mediation, coaching, and creative writing sessions.
With over a decade in Further Education and an MA in Education specialising in effective communication, Sonia blends academic expertise with artistic and literary skills to create transformative learning experiences. Her work spans inclusive leadership, people-centred practices, and creative vitality—using writing to promote mental well-being, peer support, and active empathy.
A passionate advocate for meaningful change, Sonia works with individuals and organisations to embed inclusivity into culture, challenge resistance, and create environments where people thrive. She currently holds leadership roles at Factory International and Black Lives in Music.
Also an artist, Sonia performs acoustic sets, writes poetry, and has published Haikus for the Woke and Wounded (2022). Whether in consultancy, coaching, or creative expression, she brings warmth, wit, and a commitment to genuine connection.
