With over 20 years of experience in software development and leading engineering teams across startups, scaleups, and blitz-scaleups, I’m now seeking a new leadership opportunity in the Bristol area. I recently completed a master’s degree at Westminster University and took time to recharge. I’m now eager for a new challenge. My ambition is to bring the experience, expertise, and leadership skills I’ve earned within London technology startups, healthcare, and radio to a fresh West Country organisation with solid values, an ethical mission, and a close-knit culture—with ambition to advance into more senior leadership roles.
