Member Bio
I am a second-year Popular Music Performance student at BIMM Institute, specialising in bass guitar. I have a keen interest in the intricacies of live performance and collaboration and I am passionate about maintaining the prosperity of the creative industry through supporting grassroots venues and independent artists to keep the arts accessible and thriving. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in music theory and songwriting, marketing and communications, practical live performance and studio session work, group leadership and collaboration both on and off-stage and I am eager to apply these skills to real-world projects.
Beyond my studies, I have bartending experience, which has nurtured my customer-facing skills as well as my ability to work efficiently under pressure. This experience has also taught me the importance of adaptability and embracing challenges with enthusiasm to acquire new skills, both of which are valuable in my academic and professional pursuits.
As I continue to grow within my work within the music industry and my studies, I am looking for opportunities to gain practical experience in session work, live show production and to contribute to meaningful projects that make a positive impact on both people and the music industry.
