I am a UX & Service Designer with over four years of experience delivering customer journey optimisation, service blueprinting, and digital transformation across sectors including SaaS, public services, and enterprise platforms. Currently completing my MA in Design Management at the University of Southampton, I combine strategic design thinking with practical delivery skills to create inclusive, accessible, and impactful user experiences.

My work spans discovery research, journey mapping, design system development, and cross-functional collaboration, always driven by data insights and user needs. I have led multidisciplinary teams, embedded inclusive design principles, and championed continuous improvement to ensure products meet both business goals and user expectations.
