Kellie Hasbury | Director
Incisive creativity, the ability to produce strong marketing strategies and a desire to be ahead of the curve in new technology combine to ensure Kellie is a powerful advocate and ally for our clients. She not only likes a challenge, she loves to challenge others and find the best solutions and deliver awesome results for all the companies we represent.
Steve Tarry | Creative Lead
Steve is the Swiss Army knife of creative leads. A genius at ideation, his awesome digital and brand design experience comes originally from working on huge corporate and luxury clients. He is an incisive and focussed designer and creative lead working on client campaigns from the Where's It To? for Bristol City Council, work with BenQ, Microsoft and Collabtech, and creating Troxy's beautiful art deco branding.
Emma Miller | Finance Director
Plaster’s number cruncher. A Chartered Accountant for over 12 years Emma knows numbers. Paired with a drive for business growth, and simple world domination, she pushes Plaster to be the business of tomorrow while enjoying the fun of today. Likes maths, horses and glitter. Not in that order.
Jocelyn Wellby | People & Culture Director
Coming from an artistic background Jocelyn is a self admitting culture geek and can be seen soaking up creativity across the city and beyond. She leads on making Plaster an inclusive and inspiring place to work, developing our team and getting stuck in when projects need a little extra something. The love songs you see hanging over the streets - that's her work! She wants more talk and even MORE action.
Emily Burrows | Associate Director
Emily heads the tech division at Plaster. With a decade of experience in communications, she's a highly organised, amazingly responsive client manager. What she doesn't know about the audiovisual and attractions market isn't worth knowing. From managing web build project, creating a stellar media relations campaign or deploying influential digital channels, she leads a team of specialists with deep industry knowledge.
