Member Bio
I’m a poet, storyteller, and creative facilitator based in Frome. My company, Olly Davy & Associates, helps people and organisations find their voice and tell their stories – from the page to the stage. Plus I run Dirty Laundry, a live storytelling and poetry series. We work with teams and leaders in two ways:
- Internally, by creating safe spaces for honest conversations that improve culture, retention, and engagement.
- Externally, by helping marketing teams practise vulnerability and take creative risks to create braver, more memorable work.
