We create adventure-based training for personal, leadership and team development, and experiential events for client and employee engagement, all with a focus on developing the performance culture for teams and organisations.

Kristan Johnstone (KJ)
Passionate about taking development training out of the boardroom and in to the outdoors, where targeted learnings can be achieved and transferred back to the workplace (and wider life scenarios!). Also focused on building better teams through more effective incentives and business events, developing Performance Cultures for businesses and teams. Originally from New Zealand but settled in Bristol with my wife and two young kids.
