Passionate about building Leadership & Team Performance Cultures by taking development opportunities out of the boardroom to create meaningful experiences. A strong believer that 'team building' needs to be leveraged more effectively so leaders can develop their leadership brand, and create a fitting Culture within their teams. Originally from New Zealand but settled in Bristol with my wife and two young kids.
