Kathryn Hubbard is a senior commercial leader with over 20 years’ international experience in partnerships, licensing, content strategy, and business development. She has built a career shaping global deals for some of the world’s most recognisable entertainment brands, most recently leading Content Licensing at Guinness World Records, where she secured multi-million-pound agreements, launched new revenue streams, and delivered high-impact collaborations with partners such as Diesel, Anker and Microsoft.
Known for her strategic mindset and creative problem-solving, Kathryn has driven growth across broadcast, OTT, gaming, branded content, and experiential sectors. Her work includes negotiating GWR’s first global console game deal, delivering 18 international productions, and leading sponsorship for the company’s first entertainment venue, opening in London in 2026. She also created a high-performing online syndication strategy that now outpaces social media monetisation.
Alongside senior leadership roles at Twentieth Century Fox Television, Saban Brands, and Passion Distribution, Kathryn has worked as a consultant supporting content companies through licensing expansion, new product development, talent partnerships.
Currently exploring consultancy opportunities and new roles, Kathryn is interested in applying her expertise beyond traditional TV and film into adjacent creative, digital, and consumer-brand sectors. She brings a sharp commercial instinct, a collaborative approach, and a passion for building innovative partnerships that translate creative ideas into scalable global businesses.
