Member Bio
My name is Kate. I am a Graphic Designer, Creative Artworker and Interdisciplinary Textile Artist.
I studied Textile Design at Nottingham Trent University. Later transferring to the University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol, where I completed a degree in Interdisciplinary Textile Design.
I spent four years working as Event Manager at Arnolfini, Bristol’s International Centre for Contemporary Arts, before transitioning into a freelance career in Graphic Design. For over a decade, I have successfully built and operated my own practice, working with a diverse range of clients and projects. I am now ready for a change and I am looking to join a team to work with as I have missed collaborating, and the mutual support that comes with that.
When I am not creating for money, I love making things to relax. Including paper flowers for my cousins wedding and bespoke chocolate boxes for a friend’s art chocolate business.
