Key People
Joe Meredith
JMP’s Managing and Creative Director, Joe, has a wealth of experience across all facets of content production, spending 20 years working with professional sports clubs and brands. Beginning his career as a Sports and Advertising Photographer, he has constantly adapted and upskilled in line with the changing requirements of the digital world, and as such, has carefully built a versatile, committed and talented team since founding JMP in 2010.
Matthew Joy
As Managing Partner, Matt has a responsibility to drive the agency forward. He is constantly working on ways to develop the agency and create new and exciting opportunities. With a natural ability to build relationships with clients, Matt is here to ensure we add value to all projects.
Vicki Theobold
JMP’s Operations Director is the glue that keeps us all together. The voice of reason and the reason we get shit done. Vicki Joined JMP back in 2017 and has supported the growth of the agency at every stage.
Alex McCarter
The king of solving problems, Alex adds a cool head, vital logistics and organisation skills to the team. Having worked for household names such as Eat Well For Less, Made in Chelsea, and Location, Location, Location, he’s seen it all in the industry. Amongst other significant wins and ensuring client relationships are on point, he has led two successful NHS television commercials in his time at JMP.
Yin Lam
Our in-house Director of Photography, Yin offers industry leading, international experience to our output at JMP. Whether he’s behind the lens of a camera, capturing breathtaking drone content, or grading, his attributes take our offerings up another level. Having worked for some of Tokyo and Hong Kong’s top agencies, he produces incredible visuals for our clients.
