Member Bio
My name is Isla Macdonald-Wright, I am studying a BA in photography at the Bristol UWE, I am currently in my final year of studies. I am hoping to get involved with the creative industry to discover new forms of creative practises and get involved with these different methods of creating. I specialise in photography, my personal work focuses on nationhood through a documentary format. Although, whilst studying I have also done commercial work for a northern soul community in Bristol as well as for a dance community, so I have been able to open up my own style of working to promote my work to companies. I am interested in working more with commercial photography, to get involved with communities and to document how rich these spaces are.
