Georgina Moore Graduate

Artist & Freelance Production Assistant based in Bristol

Member Bio

I recently graduated with a first-class degree in Illustration Animation from Kingston School of Art and I was also the recipient of the Brian Love Memorial Prize for my stop-motion project ‘PENTAX’, which utilised archives and collecting as a research method to tell the untold story of my inherited camera collection. My degree project ‘Patterns in Secrecy’ focused on set-building and prop-making for stop-motion animation and was invited to feature on ArtThread’s Global Graduate Showcase before being exhibited at Kingston School of Art and OXO Bargehouse. Having previously studied at Manchester School of Art and ULisboa, my practice is thoroughly rooted in research, drawing and tactile crafting.

Since graduating, I have completed a postgraduate placement in Barcelona where I worked in exhibition and event production, while being studio and gallery assistant at R.A.R.O. Barcelona. Currently based in Bristol, I am now working as a freelance production assistant in international event production, film and theatre, with my primary focus being the delivery of high quality set pieces and props.
