At Gritty Talent our goal isn’t to just get people from under-represented backgrounds into the Creative industries; it’s about supporting them and mobilising their progression. It’s about having fair representation at every level, from junior roles, through to senior decision makers, across all departments.
It’s also about creating inclusive environments where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic selves and offering their unique perspectives. Ultimately, it’s about creating the best Content that speaks to the widest possible audience.
That is what we are helping the industry do. We work with TV channels, Production Companies, Post-Production, Graphics and VFX Companies, Creative Agencies and off-screen talent at all levels, to understand their needs and objectives, and connect the dots between the two.
