Member Bio
I’ve been a copywriter since 2007, when, having completed my diploma via the Institute of Copywriting, I joined a renowned agency in Bristol. I worked with them for eight years, writing for clients across the sectors and all over the world – among them Rolls Royce, Vodafone, UK Government, Thales, Toyota, and many more household names.
I’ve been a freelance writer since 2016, and have continued to work across a wide range of sectors, on all kinds of projects for clients big and small. Since 2020 I’ve been the Global Head of Brand Voice for ACG, overseeing the brand TOV that I created for them – but I continue to freelance on a wider range of projects for regular clients, as I see variety and challenge as vital to keeping me on my toes. I also provide half-day workshops on the universal principles of better business writing.
Getting a brand to sing with words, ring true to its character, and attract and persuade people, is what it’s all about.
