I have over 20 years lived experience in the creative industries, across brand, direct and digital marketing, mostly spent as a planner and strategist.
But recent years have seen me shift my behavioural lens away from brands and consumers, towards teams, leaders and individuals. What makes and breaks strong teams? What holds us back? What stories do we tell about our selves that could do with an update? Are we reaching our own potential, or supporting others to do the same?
This fascination with potential led me to retrain as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School, and I hold the Associate Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation. My method is integrative, which means I draw on a number of psychological approaches, depending on the client and the challenge they bring.
But I lead with a lack of judgement, and wholehearted belief in the the potential of the client or team in front of me. I bring support and challenge in equal measure to ensure a safe space to evoke awareness and insight, and some gentle pressure to turn this into meaning positive action and outcomes.
I coach a number of individual and organisational members of BCI, and my shared understanding of the agency/client dynamic, my experience of founder-led and start up business, and my creative and dynamic approach means we can hit the ground running.
