Hello, I’m a cycling and lifestyle photographer based in Bristol.
Having always ridden bikes, I’ve naturally progressed into cycling photography and regularly work with cycle brands, publications and organisations. My focus is on the human side of the sport, with a strong interest in cycling’s many sub-cultures, particularly long distance.
I also work with a number of clients to produce authentic portrait and lifestyle imagery. I have a naturalistic approach to lighting and prefer the look and feel of soft light, whether its indoors or outside.
Creating personal work is key to my practice, it provides valuable time for exploring new ideas and themes. My photography has been exhibited internationally and won numerous awards, including the 2023 Global Sino Awards for a study into pre-pandemic Wuhan.
Working creatively on projects has a big influence on my style and approach towards commercial commissions.
