I have over 30 years’ experience of building highly engaged teams, developing organisational culture and establishing dynamic people processes. I am also a regular speaker on employee engagement and organisational culture at HR conferences and events.
Across my career I’ve been passionate about helping organisations create engaged, inspired and highly productive teams with a positive, can-do attitude. In today’s new hybrid world of work, effective communication and building trust and engagement are more important than ever.
Since 2014 I have worked through my consultancy, en:Rich HR combining employee engagement and HR coaching assignments with longer, interim people roles.
My HR and employee engagement roles include ten years with Virgin Mobile and, most recently, six years at sustainable energy provider Pure Planet where I was responsible for all aspects of Culture and People. During this time the business grew from 3 to 200 employees and saw us ranked number 2 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies To Work For 2020 and third in the Top 100 Medium Companies to work for 2021.
I am delighted to be on the list of 101 Global Employee Engagement and Experience Influencers 2020. I was shortlisted in the HR Excellence Awards 2021 for HR Director of the Year.
