We don’t just devise the strategies; we roll up our sleeves and implement them. We create great content that gets you noticed by the right people and in the right way, using a combination of earned and owned channels to deliver your messages effectively.
Our team is made up of former journalists, editors, copywriters, PR and communications professionals -with specialists in traditional media relations, social media, reputation management and media training. We also have an in-house videographer who deals with all aspects of production.
Established by our Chairman Martin Powell in 1989, Empica is headquartered in Bristol and has a base in London.

Martin Powell
Martin is our Executive Chairman. He set up the agency in Bristol in 1989 and has played an instrumental role in growing the business while retaining one of his earliest clients, Bakers Dolphin, 35 years on! In 2024, Martin won the South West Business Desk's Company Leader Award.
Natalie Birell
Natalie is our Managing Director, leading our agency through its next phase of growth.
