Member Bio

With twelve years of experience spanning the UK and Australia, Elen is a senior communications specialist trusted by some of the world’s biggest names: Google, Samsung, the Department for Education, Pernod Ricard, NIVEA, and more. She has led award-winning, behavior-changing campaigns for clients across sectors, budgets, and borders—from hyper-local to global, always with a measurable impact at the heart.

Elen’s strategic brain is matched by sharp delivery. She creates channel-agnostic campaigns that cut through, combining media and influencer relations, internal comms, content, events, and crisis management to drive results. Whether it’s helping a challenger brand punch above its weight or guiding a government department through a high-stakes announcement, she brings calm, clarity, and creativity.

What truly sets Elen apart is her commitment to purpose-led work. She partners with brands that live their values—and makes sure audiences know it. Highlights include Social Work England’s “Change The Script” campaign, which reframed the profession in the public eye; NIVEA MEN’s “Strength In Numbers,” tackling male mental health; and Tesco Mobile’s “Reconnect,” helping people experiencing homelessness get back online. Most notably, she helped launch Cochlear’s “Hearing Test in Disguise”, a playful but powerful campaign that won gold at Cannes.

From reputation-shifting ideas to seamless delivery, Elen’s work speaks for itself. Bold, strategic, and always rooted in impact, she believes communications can – and should – do good.
